1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using EzVinyl's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You MUST own the rights or have appropriate permissions for any audio files or artwork you upload to our service. EzVinyl does not claim ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant UzVinyl a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

EzVinyl reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect intellectual property infringement.

3. MANUFACTURING & REFUNDS

Given the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a clear manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement record at no additional cost.
