Q. Do you really have no minimum order size?

Yes, really! You can order a single 12" or 7" record. We use a high-precision lathe-cutting process for small orders that maintains the warmth and depth of a traditional press while being cost-effective for 1-10 copies.

Q. How long does shipping take?

Typically, we press and ship within 14 business days. Depending on your location, shipping itself usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your record leaves our facility.

Q. What audio format should I upload?

We recommend 24-bit 48kHz WAV or FLAC files. Higher resolution leads to a better pressing. Please avoid MP3 or other compressed formats if possible.

Q. How much audio can you fit on each side?

A 12" LP can hold up to 22 minutes per side at 33 1/3 RPM for optimal sound quality. A 7" record can hold up to 4-5 minutes per side at 45 RPM.
